Returns

All returns must be processed through our returns portal.

Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery to be applicable for a refund. As we are still a small business, we do not offer a free returns service.

US Returns: all items must be returned through our pre-paid USPS service. This cost will be debited from your return total, and a pre-paid label will be sent during the returns process through our portal.

International Returns: items can be returned using your preferred courier choice, which is a cost to the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable postage method as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please package your items carefully and securely to avoid any damage in transit.

The items you are returning must be in the same condition as you received them. Any signs of wear or damage to the items will void the refund.

You will need your order number which can be found on your confirmation email and your delivery postcode.

Please keep in mind that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in the destination country.  (CANADA ONLY)

If you are shipping from overseas please mark the package as returned goods instead of merchandise. We are not responsible for any customs charges to be paid. (CANADA ONLY)

 

Canadian customers: 

Unfortunately as we are still only a small business we don't offer free exchanges on international orders. If you'd like to exchange to another size we'd recommend placing another order and then returning the original pieces back for a refund.

US customers:

US customers can either exchange for a different size or return for store credit. If you choose to receive store credit, you will be issued an additional $10 voucher to shop with as you wish!

As we are still a small business, we do not offer a free returns service so it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for postage.

For US customers, a fee of $7.95 will be deducted from the refunded cost to cover return shipping.

International customers will need to arrange the return label themselves. We would recommend using Parcel 2 Go to find the cheapest shipping options:

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving them.

Please note as we are a small team this can sometimes be delayed as we are out of office at the weekends and on public holidays

Canadian Customers: 
Kindly check your spam mail folder for any customs related emails this is what you will need to look out for to pay for customs to successfully receive your items.

Please reach out to us with your order number and confirm if you want to have the order reshipped when this has been received by the warehouse or if you prefer a refund.

Note - if you do decide to have the order re-shipped we will invoice you for the new shipping cost.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in the destination country.
 
Please look out for any emails regarding customs once the order has been shipped (sometimes these can go to junk/spam).
 
For shipping to the EU, orders under €145 inc. shipping will not incur VAT or customs charges.
 
For shipping to the US, orders under $800 inc. shipping will not incur any customs charges.

UK customers: Orders placed before 2pm for next day delivery with DPD will be dispatched the same day.

There are two shipping options available:

DPD next-day delivery: £5.95

Evri 48-72 hours delivery: £3.95

If you received the wrong item please also send us an image of the label on the outer packaging and the order sheet from inside the parcel.

If an order contains a pre order item please reach out to us via email with your request at  info@thehippieshake.co.uk and a member of our team will try to accommodate this for you.

If your items are in stock, we are unfortunately unable to amend this as the picking process will already have started for your order.



We also aim to offer multiple options which can be found at checkout. We offer a selection of prices factoring in price and transit times.

Other

Heroes is our eternal collection and this will be restocked throughout the year. Customers can sign up to be notified when items are back in stock on each individual product page.

All other collections on the site are limited edition and will not be restocked.

As we are an ethical brand we try not to mass produce items to reduce waste and create pieces that our customers will treasure for a lifetime.

However, we do receive returns! If you add your details onto the website listing you will be notified via email if your size comes back into stock.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store and sell solely online!

We try to organise a pop up store each year and our last one was in London earlier in the summer of 2022!

We offer a 10% discount for those in the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and armed forces.

Please get in touch with an image of your card and we will issue you a discount code which can be redeemed at checkout.

By popular demand we will now be adding men’s pieces to our collections in the summer of 2023. Please keep an eye out on our social media and emails to be notified of any updates.

As we grow as a small business we are trying to also expand our sizing range. We currently stock up to a US20 in a range of styles and plan to increase the number of styles available over the coming years!
